Frock up for the race that stops the nation at Pottsville Beach Sports Club. A two-course lunch in the Lounge, a drink on arrival and live music right through the afternoon.

1. Slow-braised beef cheek, creamy mash, roasted seasonal vegetables & rich red wine jus
2. Crispy parmesan & herb crusted chicken breast, creamy potato gratin, Mediterranean couscous salad with roasted capsicum, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta, fresh herbs & lemon dressing
